Matthew Shell's next album FM3 Every Morning is his most ambitious work yet. While nylon-string Flamenco guitar is still his primary instrument of expression, Matthew experiments heavily with MIDI guitar and new sounds like violin, saxophone, flute, trombone, flugelhorn, trumpet, Japanese koto, piano, synthesizers, bass guitar, 808 bass, acoustic drums, electronic drums, percussion, strings/orchestral elements, electric guitar, and soulful backing vocals to enhance the emotional impact of these wildly arranged instrumental pieces. If anything in the arrangements starts to get repetitive, Matthew switches things up, introduces a new instrumental soloist, a new sound, a new chord progression, a new key, or whatever it takes to keep the music as uniquely vibrant and vivid as possible.

The goal is for listeners to be thoroughly inspired and entertained, never knowing what's coming next, all the while being seamlessly immersed in this unique vibe.

The album features multiple GRAMMY winners and some of the best musicians in the world. Check out Maui Sunset 3.0 (with Kenny McNeil and Cord Martin on sax) and A Run in the Wild (with Cristina Botnari on violin) as great examples of this sound.
